Jingellic

Jingellic is a small township on the Murray River, 44 kilometres from Tumbarumba on a scenic sealed road. There is a general store, and just around the corner, the historic Bridge Hotel.

Jingellic has an active artists group which usually has an exhibition each Easter at the old Jingellic School. The Jingellic Agricultural Show at the lovely showground attracts riders from New South Wales and Victoria.

Don't miss:

  • The Bridge Hotel. The hotel offers self contained cabins, arguably one of the best beer gardens in Australia with its view over the river.
  • The Jingellic Reserve - boat ramp and free camping and picnic area.
