Looking for somewhere to stay?

Whatever your budget or your preference, the Tumbarumba Region boasts some wonderful accommodation options for visitors to the area.

Tumbarumba has a heritage of goldmining, timber and agriculture. A friendly town situated in a valley with spectacular mountain views, it has some lovely old buildings and a picturesque creekscape behind the main street. It is an ideal base for visiting the Selwyn Snowfields.

Khancoban was established as a construction town for the Snowy Mountains Scheme. It is situated at the southern end of the region and offers stunning views of the main range and Mount Kosciuszko. It provides an ideal location for fishing, boating, canoeing, water skiing, whitewater rafting, and is only 77km from Thredbo Snowfields.

Jingellic is a small village located on the mighty Murray River. It has a General Store and the Bridge Hotel is a favourite spot for locals and visitors.
